GENERAL
⟡ Clients must provide a clear visual reference or detailed description of their character.
⟡ Please note that commissioned works may be streamed on Twitch or Picarto.
⟡ Private commissions are available for an additional fee.
⟡ Rush orders with tight deadlines will incur extra charges.
⟡ Revisions to completed artwork will come at an extra cost unless due to my own error.
⟡ During live streams, I’m happy to make small adjustments free of charge.
⟡ I reserve the right to decline any commission request without providing a reason.I WILL DRAW:

⟡ Humans and humanoids.
⟡ Furries, anthro and feral.
⟡ Monsters
⟡ Light gore
⟡ NSFW (may discuss)
⟡ BDSM, Alcohol play, Hypnotism, (all with consent)I WON'T DRAW:
⟡ NSFW featuring minors.
⟡ Complex mecha.
⟡ Fetishes such as: scat, vomit, water sports, micro/macro, food play, force feeding, pregnancy, tickling.
⟡ Vore.
⟡ Non-con.
⟡ Complex architecture.
⟡ Hate speech and sensitive content.
⟡ Anything that doesn't pass the harkness test.
⟡ Historically accurate army uniforms and equipement.PAYMENTS
⟡ PayPal only
⟡ Full payment is required upfront after the rough sketch has been accepted.REVISIONS
⟡ Work-in-progress (WIP) updates will be provided throughout the process to ensure client satisfaction
⟡ Major changes—such as altering the concept or character—are not available after the initial sketch is approved.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
⟡ Commissions will be completed within 1 month from the date of request.
⟡ Final artwork will be delivered via email or Discord.USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
⟡ I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, including its use in promotional materials, online galleries, social media and portfolios.
⟡ I may use the artwork for both commercial (e.g., prints, artbooks) and non-commercial purposes.
⟡ Clients may use the artwork as their wallpaper /avatar /header etc.
⟡ Clients may print out the artwork on paper, shirts and other accessories as long as it's for personal use ONLY!
⟡ If reposted on social media, proper credit is required.
⟡ Commercial usage requires a separate license and additional fees—please contact me to discuss details.
⟡ Re-selling, editing it without my permission or using my artwork for AI training is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.REFUNDS
⟡ Refunds are only issued if I'm unable to complete your commission and have not yet started the commission within 2 weeks.
⟡ I reserve the right to cancel the commission if I deem that the client is behaving inappropriately or violating these terms (TOS).
